I recently made a purchase but I haven't received any email with my product key.

Resolution/Workaround:

Sometimes the emails sent by muvee's e-commerce vendors, element5 and PayPal, get filtered by email clients or servers by accident. Try checking your 'Junk' or 'Spam' email folders to see if the emails might have been filtered there.

If you made your purchase via PayPal, it can take up to 5 working days for PayPal to process your transaction depending on your mode of payment.

If you are not able to find the email with your purchase information, please contact the muvee Support team via our Online Support Form and we will resend your product key.
