Why aren't my products showing up in my Self-Serve account?

Resolution/Workaround:

You will have to link the products you have purchased to your Self-Serve account. To link your purchases:

1) Click on 'Add products'.

2) Enter the unique product key issued with that purchased product.(Your product key can be found in the email that was sent to you after your order had been processed).

If you are not able to find the email with your purchase information, please contact the muvee Support team via our Online Support Form and we will resend the relevant information.
