The software says my product key is invalid. What's wrong?

Resolution/Workaround:

Please check that you have entered your product key complete with the dashes (i.e. 12345-ABCDE-54321-...).

To avoid mistakes, we recommend you to Copy & Paste your product key into your software instead of typing it in.

If you have a prior installation of muvee autoProducer, please uninstall that version first before installing the latest version.
